Marty Smith

President/Owner

Marty is an experienced executive and business leader with a proven track record of building, scaling, and operating high-performing organizations. Marty brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to delivering high-quality restoration, coatings, and construction services. At SRC, Marty's mission is simple: deliver exceptional results, build lasting partnerships, and create a company that sets the standard for quality and integrity. Trent Massey

Operations Director

Trent is a Florida Certified General Contractor and PMP with more than a decade of experience in commercial, municipal and residential construction. He attended Florida State University and lives in Panama City with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, Trent enjoys golfing and playing the drums.

David Frail

Superintendent

With 30 years' experience, David has worked in masonry, concrete, block, stucco, and framing. Since 2017 David has worked extensively in the concrete restoration, sealant, waterproofing and coating industry. David's experience includes historical restoration, municipal, hospital, commercial and residential builds and renovations, specializing in concrete restoration, waterproof coatings, carbon fiber and epoxy injection. In addition, David holds a competent person training certificate for scaffolding and has received extensive training for the ANSI/WCA 14.1 standard for fall prevention related to roof access and tie off procedures for building elevation access.

Ken Hunt

Advisor

Ken founded SRC in 2019 combining over 30 years of specialized industry experience in the concrete preservation/restoration and waterproofing field with a desire to provide better construction services and quality craftsmanship. He is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), American Concrete Institute (ACI), Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWRI) and Bay County and Panama City Beach Chambers of Commerce. "I take great pride in offering our clients a clear concise quality product forged with exceptional communication and team work on each and every project."

Corey Joseph

Project Coordinator

Corey manages logistics and communications between our field teams and clients, ensuring that every project stays on schedule and meets our rigorous standards for quality and safety. He possesses extensive experience coordinating complex projects, ensuring structural integrity and compliance across diverse sectors.
