David Frail
Project Manager
With 30 years' experience, David has worked in masonry, concrete, block, stucco, and framing. Since 2017 David has worked extensively in the concrete restoration, sealant, waterproofing and coating industry in Florida. David's experiences include historical restoration, municipal, hospital, commercial and residential builds and renovations, specializing in concrete restoration, waterproof coatings, carbon fiber and epoxy injection. In addition, David holds a competent person training certificate for scaffolding and has received extensive training for the ANSI/WCA 14.1 standard for fall prevention related to roof access and tie off procedures for building elevation access. As Project Manager David has the important strengths of communication, time management for improved field productivity, a clear mind for safety and high regard for client satisfaction.
Ken Hunt

Ken founded SRC in 2019 combining over 30 years of specialized industry experience in the concrete preservation/restoration and waterproofing field with a desire to provide better construction services and quality craftsmanship. Ken brings extensive experience in restoration and repair of structures across the Florida Panhandle. He is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), American Concrete Institute (ACI), Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWRI) and Bay County and Panama City Beach Chambers of Commerce.
